Providence after-school program among top government innovations

PROVIDENCE – The Providence After School Alliance (PASA) has been ranked among the Top 50 Government Innovations of 2009 by the Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
